By using this website, booking a consultation, submitting documents, or purchasing any service from The F&I Authority, LLC, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Purpose of Services

The F&I Authority provides independent automotive finance education, deal review, consultation, and document analysis for consumers considering the purchase, lease, or financing of a vehicle.

Our services may include reviewing financing terms, dealer fees, warranties, GAP coverage, trade-in information, lease terms, payment structure, and other automotive finance-related documents.

The purpose of our service is to help consumers better understand the information presented to them before making a vehicle-related financial decision.

2. Not a Dealership, Lender, Broker, or Insurance Provider

The F&I Authority is not a dealership, lender, credit union, bank, insurance company, warranty company, or vehicle broker. We do not sell vehicles, arrange financing, approve loans, issue insurance, sell warranties, or guarantee financing terms. Any final decision regarding the purchase, lease, financing, refinancing, or cancellation of any product or agreement remains solely with the customer.

3. No Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice

The information provided by The F&I Authority is for educational and informational purposes only. The F&I Authority does not provide legal advice, tax advice, financial planning advice, credit repair services, or representation in any legal, regulatory, or administrative matter. No communication, consultation, report, email, phone call, text message, or document review should be interpreted as legal advice or as creating an attorney-client relationship. If you need legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, or credit advice, you should consult a licensed attorney, tax professional, financial advisor, or credit professional.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. The quality of any review, consultation, or recommendation depends on the documents and information provided by the customer. The F&I Authority is not responsible for errors, omissions, missing documents, inaccurate dealership information, expired offers, changed rates, changed incentives, or any information not disclosed by the customer or dealership.

5. No Guarantee of Savings or Outcome

The F&I Authority may identify possible concerns, questions, or areas for further review, but we do not guarantee:

  • A lower payment

  • A lower interest rate

  • Dealer concessions

  • Product cancellation

  • Loan approval

  • Lease approval

  • Refunds

  • Savings

  • A specific negotiation outcome

  • Any particular financial result

Any decision made by a dealership, lender, warranty company, insurance provider, or third party is outside our control.

6. No Return / No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because The F&I Authority provides time-based consultation, document review, analysis, education, and professional services, payments are non-refundable once a service is booked, started, delivered, or made available.

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Completed consultations

  • Missed appointments

  • Canceled appointments without proper notice

  • Document reviews already started

  • Reports already prepared

  • Customer dissatisfaction with dealership outcome

  • Customer decision not to proceed with a vehicle purchase

  • Failure to provide documents

  • Failure to use the advice or information provided

At our sole discretion, we may offer to reschedule a consultation or provide additional clarification, but this does not create an obligation to issue a refund.

7. Appointment Scheduling and Missed Appointments

Customers are responsible for attending scheduled consultations on time. If a customer is late, misses the appointment, or fails to provide required documents before the scheduled time, The F&I Authority may treat the appointment as completed and no refund will be issued. Rescheduling may be allowed at the sole discretion of The F&I Authority.

8. Document Submission

Customers may submit documents including buyers orders, retail installment contracts, lease agreements, warranty documents, GAP agreements, trade-in information, payoff information, or related vehicle purchase documents. By submitting documents, you confirm that you have the right to provide those documents for review. The F&I Authority will use submitted documents only for the purpose of providing requested services.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

The F&I Authority respects customer privacy and will take reasonable steps to protect submitted information. However, no website, email, upload form, text message, or electronic communication can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Customers should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal information unless required for the requested review.

10. Communication Consent

By submitting your contact information, you authorize The F&I Authority to contact you by phone, email, text message, or other communication method regarding your inquiry, consultation, document review, or service request.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, reports, templates, scoring systems, educational materials, graphics, branding, logos, written content, and analysis formats are the property of The F&I Authority unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or use The F&I Authority materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

12. Deal Score Disclaimer

Any Deal Score, rating, review, or analysis provided by The F&I Authority is an educational tool based on the information available at the time of review. A Deal Score is not a guarantee that a deal is good, bad, legal, illegal, fair, unfair, approved, denied, or the best available option. It is intended to help the customer better understand the transaction and ask informed questions.

13. Third-Party Information

The F&I Authority may reference publicly available data, market values, estimated interest rates, dealer fees, vehicle values, or third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or completeness of third-party data. Market conditions, lender programs, incentives, vehicle values, and dealer policies may change at any time.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The F&I Authority shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or financial damages arising from the use of this website or services. This includes, but is not limited to, vehicle purchase decisions, financing decisions, denied credit, dealership negotiations, product purchases, product cancellations, missed savings, or reliance on information provided. The customer agrees that the maximum liability of The F&I Authority, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service at issue.

15. No Professional Relationship Created

Use of this website or purchase of services does not create an attorney-client relationship, financial advisor-client relationship, lender-borrower relationship, insurance relationship, or agency relationship.

16. Right to Refuse Service

The F&I Authority reserves the right to refuse service, cancel appointments, or decline document reviews at our discretion.

17. Changes to Terms

The F&I Authority may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
